In the Fall of 2008, Jesse Levesque worked with David S. Guion, Ph.D. and the Dublin Arts Council, outside of Columbus, Ohio, in order to curate an outdoor sculpture exhibition for Coffman Park called "Park Fiction." Installations of multiple sculptures from four (4) different, select artists from around the world: Jeppe Hein, Todd Smith, Daisuke Shintanti, and Danielle Giudici Wallis, were immediately embraced by the press and the public. The City of Dublin decided to purchase all of the artworks in the "Park Fiction" exhibition, which gave the collection a permanent home in Coffman Park as of 2009. This was part of a public art program called "Titration II." Jesse Levesque worked with the Dublin Arts Council and David S. Guion, Ph.D. a second time, the following year, for "Titration III," which was a curated show of sculptures by Joseph Wheelwright for the Dublin Arts Council's estate.
